How to Use Our Online FACILITY SCHEDULER!
 
Step 1:  Become a Requester by Clicking Here
 
Step 2:  Wait for an approval email
 
Step 3:  Click here to log in once approved, or if you already have your login setup
 
Step 4:  Wait for email approval/denial. You can check the status of your request by logging into your account and clicking on the request history tab
 
Step 5:  When a request has been approved, you will receive an electronic contract. Please sign the electronic contract with the pin you created when you became a requester
 
Step 6:  After receipt of your electronic contract we will email you an invoice.
 
Upon receipt of payment, the facility will be officially reserved.  You can pay by check, cash or credit/debit* card at the district office located at 470 N. Lake St. Mundelein, IL 60060.
